Digitisation
We can digitally capture any of your initial designs using our cutting-edge software packages, and then manipulate them effortlessly using a wide range of the latest design tools.
Our digitisation process preserves all of the aspects of your pattern, keeping your prized piece exactly as it is, point by point. We make sure to precisely capture every notch, drill-hole, dart, internal line, and annotation, so that your design is recorded in all its glory.
Once digitised, your pattern can be graded and printed, digitally manipulated, converted to many other CAD pattern-cutting systems, and sent electronically to a manufacturing partner for ease of communication. We even keep a copy for you at an offsite secure data centre for safe keeping indefinitely.
Pattern Grading
We use our extensive knowledge to grade your pattern to specific size ranges of your choice, all starting from a base size sample pattern. This ensures that your designs will look immaculate each and every time.
By inputting a digital pattern file for your design into our computer software suite, we can apply industry standard grading rules quickly and easily. We can also adhere to your company’s established grading system, or assist you by creating your own bespoke grading specifications to best meet your needs.
Costing / Marker Making
We use cutting-edge marker-making software to provide a quick and efficient means of calculating the quantity of fabric that is required for a given pattern. By using information from your order specification, we will create and suggest the best possible fabric lay-plan.
Our lay-plans can benefit you in a number of ways. They are a proven and effective way of helping to save fabric and reduce costs; our plans can achieve efficiencies of 85%, depending on the particular style. We can accurately calculate your pre-production costings, so that you know the quantity of cloth required before embarking on manufacture.
Plotting / Printing
As part of our service, we can supply full-scale, graded paper nests and card sets. This gives you the perfect opportunity to see how each pattern looks throughout your chosen size range. We can even provide card sets for the full size range, with each piece plotted individually for ease of viewing and use.
